OUR PART OF THE PROCESS

What Can Visa360World Help You With?

We focus on the parts of visa preparation where clear information and careful administrative support can make the process easier to understand.

01

Understand the application route

We help you locate official visa or entry information using your passport nationality, current residence, destination and reason for travel.

02

Build a relevant document checklist

We explain typical supporting categories and help organize documents against the requirements for the application you are making.

03

Prepare information accurately

We offer permitted application-form preparation and consistency checks. You remain responsible for truthful answers and required declarations.

04

Know the appointment and biometrics steps

Where required, we explain official appointment channels, identity checks, biometrics and what to carry on the day.

05

Understand follow-up instructions

We can explain publicly available tracking and additional-document procedures without claiming access to government decision systems.

Visa360World is not an embassy or a government visa centre. Applications, eligibility and decisions are controlled by the relevant authorities. Regulated advice or representation is offered only where legally authorized.

01

Schengen Visa Assistance from the UAE

For a Schengen short-stay visa, apply through the country that is your main destination based on your genuine itinerary. The first-country-of-entry rule is used only when a main destination cannot be identified. If you visit several countries, prepare a consistent travel plan and check that mission’s appointment process.

02

UAE Visa and Residence Categories

UAE tourist entry, residence sponsorship, employment status and long-term residence are not one application. Tell us which situation you have, because eligibility, responsible sponsor, fees and official submission channels differ.

03

GCC and Nearby Country Visas

A UAE residence permit may help with certain entry routes, but it does not give everyone visa-free access across the GCC. The applicable conditions depend on passport, residence type and destination.

04

International and Specialized Visa Routes

If you are researching a student, work, business or long-stay route, first check the permitted activities and any sponsor requirements. Some destinations require a legally authorized adviser for individualized immigration help.

YOUR REASON FOR TRAVEL

What Are You Travelling For?

Your reason for travel helps identify which official permission to check. A visitor category is not automatically permission to work, study long term or settle.

01

Tourism & short visits

Sightseeing or a short personal trip may require information about your itinerary, funding and expected return.

02

Family & friends

You may need host details, an invitation or proof of your relationship, depending on the destination.

03

Business visits

Meetings and exhibitions may be permitted on certain visitor routes; taking up employment usually is not.

04

Study & education

Admission, finances and course duration may change the required permission.

05

Employment & long stays

Employer, sponsor, work authorization and regulated-advice rules may apply. Enquire only for the services we can lawfully support.

DOCUMENT PREPARATION

Which Documents Should You Prepare?

There is no one-size-fits-all document list. Your official checklist depends on nationality, visa category and the destination’s published instructions.

Do not submit fabricated bookings, altered documents or information that conflicts with the facts of your application.

  • Valid passport and any required photographs
  • UAE residence information, when relevant
  • Employment, business, education or sponsor evidence where appropriate
  • Financial records explaining support for the trip
  • Travel purpose, itinerary or invitations where required
  • Insurance, biometrics or category-specific records where applicable

GOVERNMENT FEE SNAPSHOT

Visa Fees: What Will You Pay?

These are selected official government charges for common visitor routes—not a Visa360World price list. Your final cost may also include a visa-centre fee, biometrics, other mandatory charges and our separately quoted assistance fee.

Government charges · selected visitor routesVerified 26 October 2026

Agency fee: Visa360World’s own consultation or document-assistance charges are quoted separately after we understand the service required. We have not published a universal AED package price.

Timing: Do not rely on an estimated processing time to book non-refundable travel. Schengen decisions usually take 15 days and can extend to 45 days. New Zealand currently publishes an 80% Visitor Visa indicator within 2 weeks, which is not a promise for your case.

WHAT HAPPENS AFTER YOU PREPARE

Appointments, Biometrics & Application Updates

The official visa process may include an application account, government payment, visa-centre visit, biometrics or interview. Not every applicant follows the same steps.

01

When to apply

Follow the relevant application window. Schengen short-stay applications are generally lodged no earlier than six months and at least 15 days before the trip; UK Standard Visitor applications can generally start up to three months before travel.

02

Appointments and biometrics

Follow instructions from the government or authorized visa centre. We cannot guarantee appointments or remove mandatory personal attendance.

03

After you submit

Keep your confirmation and application reference. Use official status tools where available; not all provide live decision progress.

04

Government decisions

The embassy or immigration authority decides the result. An application-fee payment or agency consultation is never an approval guarantee.

QUESTIONS BEFORE YOU APPLY

Visa Services FAQs

These are practical questions to resolve before you choose a visa service or pay an application fee. If your situation is different, share it in an enquiry.

Ask a Visa Question
01.How can I find out which visa I need?

Start with the passport you hold, the destination, how long you plan to stay and what you will do there. Your UAE residence may affect where you apply or whether a particular exemption applies. We can explain public information and which preparation assistance we offer.

02.Can I apply for another country’s visa while living in the UAE?

Often yes, but the embassy or official service must accept applicants in your residence jurisdiction. Some require evidence of lawful UAE residence. Check the authority’s rules before paying any fee.

03.Does UAE residence mean visa-free travel?

No. Passport nationality often determines the entry regime. Certain countries recognize specific residence documents or existing visas under conditional exemptions, but the conditions differ by destination.

04.Is a Schengen visa valid for all of Europe?

No. The Schengen Area is not the same as all European countries. A short-stay Schengen permission commonly permits up to 90 days in 180, subject to visa conditions and border entry rules.

05.Can a visitor or business visa be used for paid work?

Not automatically. Some short professional visits are allowed without employment authorization, while local paid work usually requires a different permission. Check the exact permitted activities.

06.Are government fees included in your price?

Government and visa-centre fees are separate from Visa360World’s assistance charge unless an itemized quotation explicitly states otherwise. Different visa types and applicant circumstances lead to different costs.

07.Can you guarantee an appointment or visa approval?

No. Appointment availability and visa decisions are controlled by the relevant provider or government authority. We can assist with permitted preparation and official process information.

08.Can you help if my previous visa was refused?

You can ask us about general document and process preparation. The next action depends on the decision notice. Reapplication, review and legal appeal rights differ, and regulated representation needs appropriate authorization.

09.Can you submit the visa application for me?

That depends on the destination and our authorized service scope. You may need to submit personal declarations, attend biometrics or use your own government account. We will distinguish administrative help from regulated advice.

10.What should I send in my first enquiry?

Your passport nationality, current residence, intended country, travel purpose and approximate dates are enough to begin. Do not send account passwords, one-time codes, passport scans or sensitive banking records in the initial form.
